UK skincare brand Facetheory has signed an exclusive retail partnership with Sephora Asia, signifying a major milestone in Facetheory’s international retail expansion.

Starting mid 2023, Facetheory products will be present online and in over 100 Sephora stores across nine countries including Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, India, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia and the Philippines.

With investment backing from Active Partners, Facetheory is expanding its retail distribution through best-in-class retail partnerships. New retail partnerships in Europe, North America and the Middle East are in development, with omni channel launches planned throughout 2023.

Shared Commitment to Clean Beauty

Facetheory, which recently received B Corp certification for its ethical credentials and clean formulations, will be an integral part of the “Clean at Sephora” program. The shared commitment and vision for growing and evolving clean beauty was a key component in forming the exclusive partnership.

Jamie Shuker, founder and CEO of Facetheory, says, “We’re delighted that Sephora has joined us in this journey to bring the most efficacious and sustainable skincare to the Asia-Pacific market. The partnership offers a great gateway to get our products in front of a new audience.  As Sephora is a real destination for beauty addicts and skincare obsessives, we believe their customer base will love discovering our brand of clean, affordable and effective products.”

Shuker continued, “Facetheory believes in a vision beyond single-active formulas where the best of nature and science meet to bring sustainable efficacy to skincare, and that Sephora is the right retail partner in the region to deliver on this mission. We can’t wait to see our vision come to life both in store and in the digital space.”

The Facetheory products offered will include the brand’s cult hero products – such as M3 Supergel Oil-free Moisturiser and S1 Pro Regenacalm Retinol Serum, while regional preferences and trends will be taken into account from country to country.

Additional new Sephora-exclusive products and formulations will be developed in full collaboration with Sephora.
